Time for Russians to get serious about HIV/AIDS

Unfortunately this is just one country of many that needs to change its policy about HIV/AIDS.
You might be aware that the U.S.A. has a history of treatment and we think that this is true for the rest of the world, but it is not.
As for the race/ethnicity issue mentioned by De Huang.... that is not my intend and neiter the one of the article.
